Bio

Stefan is an experienced physiotherapist specializing in Sports Physiotherapy, Medical Training Therapy (MTT), and Rehabilitation. He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Sports Physiotherapy (MAS) and has a strong background in working with elite athletes. From 2007 to 2016, Stefan was the lead physiotherapist and head of the medical department at FC Zürich Football Club.

Currently, Stefan leads the Rehabilitation Department at medandmotion in Zürich, where he integrates his expertise in physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and nutrition.
