Nico, graduated at University of Trieste, works as the coordinator in a therapeutic community for adolescents and young adults in Italy,
specialising in addressing distress, addiction and group dynamics. He is experienced in designing rehabilitation and integration programs for
individuals with disabilities, neuropsychological deficits and psychiatric disorders. With a background in Social and Behavioural Sciences, he brings expertise in emotional and behavioral analysis with empathy and ability
to deal in complex dynamics. His analytical mindset, enhanced by thorough knowledge of of emotional recognition through FACS, allows him to create
tailored interventions, fostering personal growth and integration for individuals with diverse needs.
