Négar Marazzi

Pilates Trainer

Bio

I am a PMA-certified pilates personal trainer and an Integrative Nutrition health coach. I initially studied International Economics and obtained my Bachelor’s in Economics from Boston University and my Master’s in International Logistics from ESSEC Business School in Paris. After working for over 20 years as a strategy consultant and international project manager in Boston, Chicago, Paris and Bern, I decided to take my career in a new direction in 2018 and work in the field of health and movement, which had always been my passion. I am an avid dancer, and have practiced yoga and pilates since 1995. I obtained my complete 450-hour pilates certification from PILATESwiss, my health coaching degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and my certificate for evidence-based nutrition from Harvard University. I am a studio partner at PILATESwiss and a mentor in the Pilates International teacher education programme.
