3-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment Clinic

Our 3-day comprehensive health assessment is designed for anyone looking to gain a clear understanding of specific mental or physical symptoms, whether before committing to treatment, seeking a second opinion, or simply as a preventative measure. It provides a thorough evaluation of functional, medical, and mental health risk factors, along with personalised recommendations to enhance overall well-being.

Your Programme

Joining the dots

Anyone who suffers from multiple conditions knows how exhausting it can be to consult expert after expert. One tells us that the cause is x, another tells us y, and so on. However, with our team’s specialisation and help, we can join each of these dots for you. Working together, we can provide you with a complete picture of your health and an understanding of how each symptom relates to another.

Tailored to you

We conduct over 100 diagnostic assessments and cover all health markers, with special attention paid to your inflammatory, biochemical, and neuro-chemical health markers. Once we have your results, we will create an elaborate report that outlines each issue we found and how you can treat it.

360-degree approach

During your time at our health assessment clinic, we will identify all possible physical issues and health risks, with special attention paid to both your mental health and its impact on your physical well-being. Our commitment to medical excellence ensures that every aspect of your health is thoroughly assessed using the latest diagnostic techniques and advanced testing.

We aim to join the dots and uncover the underlying reasons for your complex (often unspecific) symptoms. Once we’ve built a full picture of your health, we will then provide recommendations and suggest a treatment plan.

Access to the leading clinical excellence

Our team is made up of world-renowned doctors, therapists and specialists, including a Nobel Prize-winning advisory board member. A 15-person team will be dedicated to you and by your side throughout the three days.

Practicalities

Our 3-day comprehensive health assessment is designed purely as a diagnostic process, not a treatment programme. This means accommodation, treatments, and wellness therapies aren’t included. However, if we identify any issues during the assessment and you’d like our support, we can easily extend the process into a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Stories

Hear first-hand from those we have guided on their journey to recovery

“Extremely capable and understanding staff. Felt safe and at ease at all times, privacy is very respected. Highly professional. ”
F.P
“I am a Consultant Psychiatrist based in London. I have referred clients to Paracelsus Recovery and I am really impressed by the outstanding professionalism and empathy with which patients are treated. This is particularly true for patients with complex combinations of psychological and somatic/medical issues. I cannot think of a better- suited place in Europe for a comprehensive physical and psychiatric assessment. I particularly respect Paracelsus Recovery for adamantly speaking out against the payment of undeclared referral fees. This principled approach contrasts with the less ethical behaviour of other treatment centres, and ensures that referrals to Paracelsus are based solely on patient need and the best interests of their health. ”
Mike McPhillips
“From the first contact, I had the feeling that my problem was important to them, and what’s more, they were convinced that they had enough knowledge to help me with it.”
Jan K
“This is not an ordinary clinic and their family approach to business is felt in every detail. I recommend this clinic to anyone who can afford it.”
Lili Paukova
“Paracelsus Recovery is amazing. I have been to several “high-end” rehabs, but Paracelsus is another world. I was somewhat skeptical at first; treatment is very expensive and there is a big emphasis on their five star service level and luxury residences. But then I found their program for treating addictions being the probably most advanced and comprehensive in the world, so I decided to give it a shot. And did they deliver. The team is so kind and compassionate and they really seem to know their stuff. One does feel that one is the only client and that the place is owned and run by a family, not an institution. Thilo Beck, their psychiatrist is a gem, he is probably the first psychiatrist by whom I really felt understood. Dr. Riedel who is their person for biochemical restoration is probably the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever met. I can’t mention every person individually, but I felt all of them would stand out in their respective fields. I also appreciated the flexibility in the treatment schedule to accommodate some need for private time and work. Though I came there for treatment of an addiction, they took me to a dentist for a check and arranged other (unrelated) medical check-ups as part of their service, because they found that I had somewhat neglected my health and that this was necessary. That really impressed me, as no other rehab I’ve been to even mentioned that a medical check-up would be a good idea. Thus overall a very positive experience, despite the hefty price tag, which I really did feel uneasy about at the beginning, also because they ask for full upfront payment.”
Sarah Milton
“My experience with the clinic was extremely positive and impactful. The team at the clinic helped me understand and improve both my physical and mental health, and prepared me to face various challenging situations in my life. The food was excellent, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. It’s truly one of the best services in Switzerland.”

Defining success in mental health and addiction treatment isn’t straightforward because it looks different for everyone. For one person, success might mean complete sobriety, while for another, it could mean drinking significantly less and feeling more in control. In mental health, it could be the difference between daily panic attacks and just one a year, or simply feeling more stable and resilient in everyday life.

At Paracelsus Recovery, we focus on what success means for you. Rather than relying on generic statistics, we prioritise lasting, meaningful change to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life in a way that feels right for you. Through personalised care and ongoing support, we work to ensure that the improvements you make during treatment continue long after you leave.
